30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for 100% store credit. All items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition".PRODUCTS CANNOT HAVE BEEN USED/INSTALLED IN ANY WAY. Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is: 

  • Must show no signs or wear or damage  

  • Must contain original packaging in the same condition it was shipped, products returned without original packaging or damaged in any way will be refused  

  • Cannot have been used, tested or altered in any way  

 

All returns are contingent on product(s) inspection once said product has been returned to AR Junkies LLC. We recommend using the same packaging the product was received in when sending it back. If the factory packaging for the returned is not intact, has been tampered with, or is obscured by tape, shipping labels, etc a higher restocking fee may be assessed.  Products returned with damaged packaging, something missing or in an “unsellable manner” will be assessed a higher restocking fee and may not be accepted for return at all. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the return. Our return policy does not cover damage do to improper installation.

If your return meets the criteria set forth above, then you will be issued 100% store credit for the returned item(s). Store credit will be applied directly to the user account that placed the purchase. An email will be sent once the credit has been applied to the account. This credit will be immediately available for use. Store credits are not transferable and have no cash value.

 

If a product is outside the given return time frame, it can no longer be returned to AR Junkies LLC, but it may still have a warranty with the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. To verify manufacturer warranty coverage and options, please contact the manufacturer directly.
